Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessment

I conduct three types of assessments: IQ-only testing (for private school admission), psychological and neuropsychological for people of kindergarten age through adulthood. For more information about each, please see my FAQ page. A brief description:

  • IQ- Only Assessments are used for private school admissions. I will provide you/the school with the raw data but this assessment does not include a report.

  • Psychological Assessments answer the question: "Do I have ADHD (or ASD or Dyslexia, Giftedness etc.) or not?" They take less time and cost less. These can happen virtually OR in person.

  • Neuropsychological Assessments are only occasionally covered by insurance; involve lengthy interviews cognitive and other testing, and record reviews; often include detailed reports; and are often used to obtain educational and workplace accommodations. For detailed information on neuropsychological assessments, see below. The interview and feedback portions of these assessments can happen virtually, but the actual testing itself must happen in-person (I require proof of vaccination).
